After visiting and negotiating to purchase a new GLC300 at the three major dealerships in the Seattle area, my husband and I selected and chose Mercedes of Lynnwood as a perfect fit for us; mainly because of our salesman, Alan Keith. This is our first luxury car and felt it was time to '$splurge$' for the best. Walking through the front door of their showroom, meeting ALAN KEITH really gave us a feeling that 'we HAD arrived'. All the staff was professional and welcoming. We had done a lot of research and knew exactly what we wanted with Consumer Reports rating our choice the 'car of the year' and Alan was able to give us some really good advice with his in depth knowledge of this car and ordered exactly what we wanted. More importantly, we felt it was a fair price. A couple of weeks ago, we received a 'birth' announcement from Alan listing both the weight and length of our new 'Olympic Athlete SUV' had been born.....and making the trip across the pond to San Francisco from Germany and ultimately will be arriving in the Seattle docks. We chose Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood because of it's reputation of excellent service and attention to detail. We have needed special 'hand holding' and Alan Keith has always been prompt with response. Now that our baby has been born, we excitedly await the delivery in late July. More
