This is my first MB and I bought it used...from a Ford dealership. The buying process was not enjoyable and I was afraid it might set the tone for the duration of my ownership. They treat me like a queen and with regular servicing my car has done nothin but run like a champ. An added bonus is the loaner vehicle they give me to drive while my car is being looked at. When I am ready to trade my car in...I’ll go to Alderson European Motors this time! More

Sawyer Seibel took a call from a distressed customer of Park Place in Grapevine and within minutes had the situation turned around. We made the trip to Grapevine because the scheduler had us to believe th Park Place in Grapevine and within minutes had the situation turned around. We made the trip to Grapevine because the scheduler had us to believe that they could program a new key fob for us the first trip to the dealership and that was not the case. Next they said they had to order the fob and to leave our car there 10 days, I told them i was 3 1/2 hours out of town and was there anyway to shorten this procedure. they informed me that I should know that the procedure was not an event that could be modified. Then said I would have to come back again after the key was ordered and wait for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours to be programed. This is only the start of this ordeal. Your staff at Alderson simplified and streamlined my needs and did in a way that both professional and kind service. Hooray for your common sense. We will be back for both service and a new vehicle in the future. Again Thank you for the attention and service. Gil Cherry More
