He never made us feel like we were putting him out or wasting his time. After going through many different options and hours of helping answer our many questions, we finally made out decision. He answered all of our questions, treated us like family and never once made us feel like we were being pressured. We can honestly say that we will be returning for our next car! We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Carlos @ Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Carlos was very familiar with all of the features of the Jeep. Truly disappointed with the service we received. First available appointment was two months out for our first maintenance and cost $895 for your basic oil and fluids and check over. We also had them check on a passenger side heated seat which was not working. They said it was the motor and they would have to order it. We set up another appointment two weeks out for that service. I show up for that appointment and drop off the van at 8 a.m. At 10:30 they call me and tell me the part is not in and I should come pick my van up. Not even a "I am sorry". Three months later I am wondering about the part and I call service to ask about it. They told me to call parts. Parts told me the part was in. I asked service to schedule an appointment and that was a month out. I show up for appointment at 8 am and drop the van off. At 10:30 they call and ask if they can keep the van overnight. What am I supposed to say? Later I receive a call saying their tech went home and they don't know when he will be back, and they don't know when it will be done. Next day I call, and they say the tech is back but there seems to be some other problem with the heater. Next day they call and say that it is ready. I pick it up and they act like this was a normal service. No apologies or nothing. Truly disappointed. More
