Good, but Chase Albright did a good job in sales. But when we showed up for our pre-scheduled meeting with finance we were told someone else had gotten in ahead Chase Albright did a good job in sales. But when we showed up for our pre-scheduled meeting with finance we were told someone else had gotten in ahead of us. We waited over an hour before leaving. We came back two days later. Felipe in finance was excellent. Ours was a cash deal with no trade so I wish we didn’t have to run the gauntlet in finance before we exchanged a check for our new car’s keys. Sales should be responsible for selling the add-one, not Finance. Should make it easier to buy a car. More

Flawless Service I found this dealer after doing a nationwide search for a particular vehicle. Initial contact was via the dealer website. Within the hour I was contacted by Nic Mercer who explained that the vehicle I was interested in (a 4wheel drive Sprinter) already had a deposit but that more were expected. He thoroughly explained the process to secure one of theses vehicles, periodically called to give updates, (your Sprinter has been built, has been shipped, is here in the US, is at our dealership, is ready for you to pickup). I arrived at the appointed hour and was out the door about two hours later in the start of a very long drive home. Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was a pleasure to work with.
