I test drove the vehicle twice, and got all of my questions answered. The Sales Manager, Brian Butler, was involved the entire time, overseeing my experience and making sure everything went well for me. I really feel like he was there to be MY advocate.....not the other way around. The price I got was FABULOUS! Better than the "Fair Price," I was told to expect from USAA car buying service. I would highly recommend MB of Loveland! More

I went into MB Loveland in Sept of 2019 to custom order a 2020 AMG G63. When I walked in, I was able to sit down with Chase and order exactly what I wanted. I am young and a woman, so being 100% honest - mos 2020 AMG G63. When I walked in, I was able to sit down with Chase and order exactly what I wanted. I am young and a woman, so being 100% honest - most times I don’t get the service that I hope for from a dealership. MB Loveland treated me better than any of the 3 other MB dealerships I had been to. The next build date was around March 2020 and Chase ensured that I would be getting that spot and updated me by email every 2 weeks. My car arrived last week during the current COVID-19 situation but they still were able to get it to me as soon as they possibly could. Once it was ready, the paperwork was seamless and I was in and out of there very quickly. If you’re looking to buy a Mercedes, you will not be disappointed in MB Loveland! More

Great Car Buying Experience I just purchased my first M-B and had a great experience throughout the process. I started the process about nine months ago (I take a long time to ma I just purchased my first M-B and had a great experience throughout the process. I started the process about nine months ago (I take a long time to make a decision) and they worked very patiently with me the entire time, answering my many questions. There was never any pressure. When my primary sales person was not in, someone else was always willing to jump in and help. They said it would take about four months to to build and deliver the car I wanted, and it did. Alex did a great job keeping me informed about the build and delivery. In sum, they took great care of me and I enjoyed the whole experience. More
