I am a male, married 51 years to my wife and we were shopping for a new automobile for her. Our current Benz was a E320 and was 13 years old. I had traded an Acura to buy the Benz 13 years ago and was v shopping for a new automobile for her. Our current Benz was a E320 and was 13 years old. I had traded an Acura to buy the Benz 13 years ago and was very happy with the Acura. I also own a BMW X5. So we test drove a new BMW 328 and an Acura. Following that we visited Tafel Motors where I have had the E320 serviced over the years but HAD NOT BOUGHT it there. I have been very happy with their service. We walked into Tafel and met Skylar Crush. We explained that we were test driving a BMW and Acura and wanted to test drive a C250 to start. After test driving a C250 and discussing the price we made our decision. The price was under both the BMW and the ACURA, the quality of the handling and ride and engine performance was and is exactly what we were looking for. We have had the C250 for over 6 months now and are extremely satisfied. In addition, we have visited several times to have Skylar review and demonstrate features. He is always helpful. He is an outstanding person. Additionally we love the extra services available wherein we can stop by once a week on our way somewhere and have the C250 washed and have a cup of Starbucks and pass the time More

Have al ways had the very best of experiences with Tafel Motors. First car purchased was an 87 Volvo. Honest, sincere, no gimmick sales approaches. Trustworthy. Pretty well sums it up. Absolutely worst experience. I bought a used car with just a few thousands miles and paid 55K. Once they sell the car, they are done. I found my Benz on Autotrader.com and I contacted Patrick Williams at Tafel Motors. From the 1st word "Hello", I knew he wanted to sell me a car. From my experiance if you want your car worked on correctly and fixed the first time you really have to push and stand your ground.
