I purchased a CPO Mercedes from David McNulty at Tafel Motors after looking for a couple of months. I visited a few dealers in our area and could not find what I wanted for the right price. While looking on the internet I called Tafel Motors on a Sunday and David answered the call. He answered all of my questions and actually called back later with more information on the vehicle. We were able to close the deal the following week. I flew to Kentucky to pick up the vehicle and was very impressed with the service I received. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted and David did a super job, he picked me up at the airport and had everything in order so I could start my trip back to Mississippi. Before leaving he took time to go over the entire vehicle functions so I was prepared for the trip back. My plan was to drive half way and stop for dinner but the car was such a pleasure to drive I drove straight through without having to stop for any reason (7 hours). Dave even called that evening to make sure I made the trip safely and that I was happy with the car. Being in Large Industry my entire career I have always said that the employees make the company. Dave is an example of this belief, I will contact Dave on my next purchase hopefully he is still at Tafel! More

We had a very enjoyable experience with Mr. Bleusel purchasing an ML 350. I had not been 100% sure I wanted to go from an E350 to an SUV. But Mr. Bleusel helped me easily make that choice. Mr. Bleusel was very informative, knowing the vehicle well & therefore made it easy to transition to an SUV. He was pleasant to work with & made us feel quite comfortable. He was realistic during the orientation to the ML350. He did not overwhelm me with trying to show me every single function of the vehicle in 30 minutes. I appreciated that. He gave me his card & informed me he was available for questions or to stop by the showroom after driving it a few times if I needed anything. He showed me key functions that got me started. In the past I have left the showroom feeling overwhelmed by the sales associate & not remembering much of what was said. Mr. Bleusel seemed to know which things were important to share. This is the 3rd Mercedes we have bought from Tafel Motors. I believe Mr. Bleusel has been the most helpful & friendliest so far. I would refer family & friends to him & Tafel Motors & anyone wanting to buy a Mercedes Benz. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Bleusel. We were treated well, enjoyed coffee in the lounge while the paper work was being done & took possession in about an hour. It was a seamless transaction. I will continue to be a Tafel customer & kudos to Mr. Charles Bleusel! More
First of I really dislike calling here as the operator HAS never been friendly. I called several times and I got cold, in-a-hurry person on the line all the time. Second,when I got there, I was not told about the shuttle service that is available - which would be nice if it's mentioned to me when I checked my car in with my service advisor or when I made my appointment so that I could plan my day better-I happened to find out about it because of the shuttle guy was announcing his service to everybody in the waiting room. Third, I was told the car would be ready in 1.5 hour. I got my car in at 10:00 am, and went back around 11:30a, my car was not ready and was told again that it would be ready in another 'few' minutes. That few minutes ended at 13:37 pm. Fourth : why can't they offer full service which include vacuuming the interior of the car? I am sorry, I had been in different 'regular' service center, and there I got called when my car was ready - and it was ready! , my interior got cleaned and the clerk was so much friendlier and nicer. For a Mercedes brand service center, this place HAS A LOT to improve. More
The best new car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. It was so worth the two hour drive from our hometown and I would recommend Tafel Motors and Josh Reid to everyone. After Eric researched the vehicle, which was located in Summerville NJ, and checked on the status of our current E550, together we determined it was in our best interest to acquire the new vehicle. As has been the case for 20+ years, and many, many new vehicles ranging in prices from $40,000 to $325,000, Tafel in General, and Eric in particular were beyond reproach in their handling of our interests. It isn't often (actually never) I will take the time to fill out something such as this review, but these guys are extraordinarily skilled and knowledgeable in their handling of Mercedes Benz purchases, maintenance, and automobile issues. Every dealership owner across America should take the time to visit Tafel and observe their operations from the time you walk through the front door. They simply make you feel important. David did say great job taking all the time I needed to try several different models before I chose the sports version of the E350. He also has done two extended training sessions with me since I bought the car, as I continue to learn and take advantage of all the technology available in my new Mercedes. More

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Josh Reid for a wonderful sales experience. I went to the dealership in October 2013 to inquire on the new CLA 250 Sedan. This was my first time ever consideri for a wonderful sales experience. I went to the dealership in October 2013 to inquire on the new CLA 250 Sedan. This was my first time ever considering purchasing a Mercedes. Josh provided great knowledge on the CLA as well as other models. He was very courteous and never once felt any sales pressure from him. After careful consideration and comparisons to other brands, I went back to test drive the CLA and felt it to be a great fit for me. I decided to build one in order to receive the options that best suited my needs. Throughout the whole process, Josh stayed in contact and provided continuous updates on my vehicle. After the vehicle arrived, he worked hard preparing all the paperwork to reduce my time at the dealership as I am in the middle of a heavy work period. He provided a thorough overview on all the features and options of the car. I have had the vehicle for 2 weeks and absolutely love it.
