Jeff's professionalism and supporting staff was unparalleled to any Automotive dealer I have ever visited. When referring others to Tafel I will not call it a car lot due to negative connotations that comes with that title. I tell them, "you should stop by Tafel motors and be prepared for an experience that is unrivaled". Tafel is not a car lot, it is a motor company that provides customers with exceptional automobiles, service, and Sales. I don’t wait for an opportunity to refer people to Tafel motors, I enthusiastically tell them that I bought a new car and that it came from Tafel motors. The base (pure) smart fortwo is advertised to have a lease with payments of 99$/mo and I like the way they look and what I've read about them. Once my wife and I got our tax money we went to tafel (the only local smart dealer listed on the smart website), looking specifically to trade in my truck and lease a smart pure. After just a moment of looking at a smart car on the lot, Kareem walked out and politely asked if he could help me. I mentioned the lease and he showed me exactly what I was looking for, didn't even try to upsell, just copied my license and let me test drive. He was very informative and the leasing process was easy. They gave me a fair price for my old truck, and showed me 3 payment plans. With a little more down, I was able to get the car for 76/mo! All I needed was my wife, my truck, my license and debit card (with sufficient funds) and I left the truck and drove off in my new fortwo. We are very satisfied, and my wife was so impressed she is planning to come back and trade in her car for a new a smart. More

When I first started looking at Tafel Motors, I met Mr. Eric Torsch. After I explained my reason for coming to Tafel Motors and the type of car I was looking for, Mr.Torsch was very patient in explaining Eric Torsch. My wife has knee problems, and Mr. Torsch made sure she could enter and exit the car(s) with little effort. After purchase, Mr Torsch. set up both our cell-phones to work with the car audio system and offered to come to our home to set up the garage door opener. All Tafel employees have been very courteous when we visit the store, offering coffee, snacks, etc., and all seem knowlegable the "bells and whistles" on Mercedes-Benz autos. My second Mercedes-Benz car was Certified Pre Owned, and after several hundred miles the oil seemed slightly dirty. When I took it in to get it checked, the oil and filter were replaced at no charge. I have dealt with Tafel and especially Eric Torsch for many years and have always felt confident in what I was buying and that the pricing and "deal" was right.
