After arriving at the dealership, we were greeted immediately by an extremely personable sales representative who quickly learned our names and tried to learn exactly why we were looking for a vehicle and what would best fit our needs. Within a few minutes, we were off on a test drive, getting to experience the vehicles for ourselves. There was very little sales pressure and the representative was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand itself. After test driving two different vehicles, we returned to the showroom to discuss pricing and vehicle options. The showroom is incredibly comfortable and provides a very relaxed environment to consider such a big purchase. All of the dealership staff we interacted with were incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy or "fake" and seemed to genuinely care that we got a good deal, the vehicles we wanted and were taken care of immediately. We live in Evansville Indiana and have a Mercedes dealership one block down. Believe me when I tell you the difference is night and day. I will send everyone to Louisville and Tafel Motors and especially Skylar Crush. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely friendly and professional as well.
