We had several vehicles we were interested in, and came with the intent to purchase. Skylar Crush spent several hours with us and thoroughly demonstrated our choices. We had a purchase in mind after this process; we returned several days later only to find our choice had been sold. Skylar demonstrated several available S Class vehicles; the one we selected was more than I came prepared to pay and the initial amount for my 2011 E-350 convertible trade-in was disappointing, but was re-negotiated to my satisfaction. Skylar was most helpful in directing my thinking on how to deal with the unexpected balance for the S class vehicle. Skylar in an excellent salesman, knows how to demonstrate the product and is a very good closer; at no time did I feel pressured, just assisted. Jeff Jackson was thorough and explained every part of the transaction. Megan did and excellent job of walking us through the technology of the vehicle. All those who dealt with us at Tafel motors contacted me within a week to see if I had any questions, and to see if were we were happy with the car. Megan offered a return "class" on the vehicle's features, and we will be doing this. Several important closing observations: 1 )this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I bought my last Mercedes in Indianapolis and thought that was very good, but could not even closely compare to our excellent experience with Tafel Motors; 2) the transaction was so open, transparent and friendly, I had no "buyer's remorse" whatsoever (that's huge!); 3) hang on to Skylar Crush - he knows his stuff and is a real asset to your dealership. SIMPLY INCREDIBLE With only a modest budget, I never thought we would be able to purchase from Tafel Motor Company. We wanted a used Mercedes, and had looked at variou With only a modest budget, I never thought we would be able to purchase from Tafel Motor Company. We wanted a used Mercedes, and had looked at various used car lots around town. While searching on cars.com, I found a car in my price range. Low and behold, it was offered by Tafel. I sent an email inquiry through the site, and within 15 minutes, received a personal phone call. I stopped by dealership and was met by Wyndall Smith. He showed me the car and gave me a test drive. What happened next was a complete surprise. We returned to the dealership, where Wyndall showed me a complete history of the vehicle. He also reviewed the inspection report produced by the service department, line by line. While the car was not perfect (as used cars seldom are, especially in our price range) he walked me back to the service department so I could ask questions about the issues on the report. My questions were answered candidly, without any attempt to deceive, or minimize their importance. Wyndall was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful, guiding me through the buying experience, a true professional. Even though we were buying a less expensive car, Wyndall went out of his way to ensure we could make our buying decision with confidence. I never dreamed we would be able to purchase a Mercedes from Tafel Motor Company for under $8,000. Yet, Wyndall made it happen, and made us feel like we were the most important customers on earth. The level of service he and the Tafel team provided us was simply INCREDIBLE, and frankly, enjoyable. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to buy a car anywhere else. Kareem professionalism and constant rapport with me throughout the process of my purchase of the CLA-250 was outstanding. He's constant informing me about the status of the vehicle. He explained everything to me when I purchased my vehicles and guided me on certain items that I wanted in the vehicle. When I came to pick up my car I had an issue with USAA on my loan application; and Jeff came to the rescue and was able to get me a loan through Mercedes. Jeff did an outstanding job on explaining the loan documents as well as the warranties that I purchased for the vehicle. I also added Stacy and Paul in my review because every time I get my vehicle serviced both Stacy and Paul take great care of me and my vehicles. Overall the whole staff at Tafel Motors are friendly, always making sure customers are comfortable and professional. I enjoy my visits to Tafel. Keep up the great job!!!! More

I was literally wanting to run and hide from salespeople after visiting three or four other lots, but John Foye changed my opinion after providing a no hassle visit at Tafel. He approached us, but wasn't pushy about any particular models or prying into my financials. He offered a test drive, and even let us have an extended test drive so I was comfortable trying the car out myself on a less trafficked road. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, but also other comparable competitor models I had been considering. I spent a decent amount of time looking at each of vehicles they had available, never feeling rushed and not even realizing the lot had already technically closed for the day. Everyone we dealt with was eager to help and made the whole process so much easier than I had imagined. More
