Impressive Staff I had been looking at one of their used Mercedes online for a couple of days. I was really interested in test driving the vehicle, but I was a little I had been looking at one of their used Mercedes online for a couple of days. I was really interested in test driving the vehicle, but I was a little apprehensive about going into the dealership. I have never owned a Mercedes before and I thought maybe the sales people would be a little "uppity". I finally decided to make the appointment for the test drive and see how it went. I was immediately contacted by my salesperson, David McNulty. We set up a time later that day for me to come in and test drive the car. My fears couldn't have been more unfounded. David and the entire staff at Tafel Motors were very friendly, treated me with great respect and they were very customer service oriented. David and I put a deal together on my lunch hour! I highly recommend this dealership I had a great experience. I took my vehicle in to have the tires and lights checked. While that was being taken care of I decided to walk around an I had a great experience. I took my vehicle in to have the tires and lights checked. Although I did not buy a vehicle that day, I am planning to in the near future , and I will be doing so from this dealership.
