My situation was unique and in no time she came up with a possible solution and gave me the keys to a brand new CLA to test drive. It was a busy Saturday and she had another appointment coming in; that is when a seamless transition took place and John took over. He and Jarress got me a better deal than I could have imagined. Jesse got the paperwork together and I was on my way. Great experience as always. Third car I have purchased from the Tafel group and most certainly not my last. More

Extremely competent, professional, expedient, and genial As a young first-time car lessee, I was treated skeptically (if not downright rudely) at all of the luxury car dealerships I went to during my search As a young first-time car lessee, I was treated skeptically (if not downright rudely) at all of the luxury car dealerships I went to during my search for a vehicle, with the exception of Tafel Mercedes. At Audi, the salesman wouldn't even give me his business card after a cursory test drive (which he did his best to make sure ended quickly). At BMW, I was initially told that "Honda is right next door." Salesmen at Cadillac ignored me to assist customers that were arriving a good while after I had. At Infiniti, the salesman ignored most of my questions and my stated price range--after a test drive he slapped a contract down on his desk that he had already signed, and in a breathtaking display of dishonesty (or ignorance, I'm not sure which) told me to "sign here, and this puts you right where you want to be;" when I stood to leave he attempted to badger me into taking the contract with me, "just to think about." I cannot emphasize enough how much it meant to me that the team at Tafel treated me with respect and courtesy. While I considered their vehicles, Mr. Torsch was informative and educational about the available options, without the slightest hint of condescension or aggressive upselling. Once I had decided on a vehicle, he did everything possible to make the leasing process quick and painless. Ms. Hailey has been quite helpful in the days since my lease, answering any questions I have had about the car and helping me sort out a few minor issues with the mobile app and the included subscription services. Mr. Jackson handled the financing quickly and effectively. All in all, Tafel Mercedes was head and shoulders above the other dealerships I visited, and when it comes time for me to get another car Tafel will definitely be the first dealership I visit. More
