Wonderful Experience I have never been one to enjoy purchasing a car at a dealership but this time was different. Alisa greeted us outside as we were looking for another Mercedes. She was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. She made what is usually a dreaded experience, very enjoyable. Great customer service on car left while out of town Failed to have battery charger installed in new SL550 when purchased. Left town for summer and Jeff Hovius, my sales rep., kept the car at the dealer Failed to have battery charger installed in new SL550 when purchased. Left town for summer and Jeff Hovius, my sales rep., kept the car at the dealership to make sure the battery stayed charged and had the car show room read when I picked it up after 21/2 months. I was in the service department getting my car serviced. Once I join my wife in the waiting area, she informed me that she was talking to someone on the sales floor. I went to talk to the salesperson and from there our experience began. MY Wife and I were Pleased with the professional service we received from: The names appear in the order of our encounter. Matt Krebs (service advisor), Brad Blackburn (our Salesman), Abel Bogale (General Sales Manager), and Jeff Jackson (Finance Director).
