Their attention to detail in the facility itself is inviting and makes one feel comfortable and welcome, The minute you drive into the service area someone is there to greet you and take care of your needs, whether it is a major repair or simply needing a battery for your remote entry key. They make time for you whether you have an appointment or just stopping in because I happen to be close and need something looked at. The sales force is also first class. We recently purchase our fourth car from Tafel's Jeff Hovious who is always courteous and willing to do what he can to make our car buying experience as painless as possible. I dislike the car buying process but Jeff makes it much smoother and bearable. I would be remiss if I did not mention how professional and efficient the work that Jesse Upchurch did in finalizing the paperwork on the sale. More
