Drove 2 hours to get great service Local dealer wasn't interested in helping us. Tafel was the next closest Smart dealer to us. I'm glad we made the 2 hour drive to their dealership. (only 1 like it in the country right now). Our salesman, Joey was honest, friendly, and attentive. Sometimes when you go to look at Smart cars at a Mercedes dealer you are treated differently because you are looking at the "cheap" cars. This was not the case at Tafel. They treated us like we were getting the most expensive car in the showroom. I appreciate that. Just because we chose the Smart doesn't mean we couldn't afford the Mercedes. We will be back every time we are in the market for a Smart or Mercedes. We had a small spot on the seat at delivery and Wes worked hard to clean the seat. It looks perfect. He was friendly and concerned. More
