Specifically, Skylar Crush, Sales Representative and Jeff Jacks I rated Tafel Motors - Mercedes Benz 5 stars because they were excellent to work with. Specifically, Skylar Crush, Sales Representative and Jeff Jackson, Finance Manager. Residing in Indianapolis, IN I traveled 2.5 hours to buy a MB E350. They had the specific car that I sought. Skylar quickly provided answers to all of my questions via e-mail and phone. So he made it easy to select and to obtain the car. Skylar was also very accurate in stating the condition of the car. The car was in excellent condition and Skylar understated the condition of the car. Skylar did not try to promote the car, instead said it was "in very good condition." So I expected to find a few flaws as this was a pre-owned car. I found no flaws so I was even more pleased with the decision to buy this car and to buy from Tafel. All of their pre-owned cars were in excellent condition, as in new-condition. I also had the pleasure of working with Jeff Jackson, Finance Manager. Not only did Jeff and Mercedes Benz provide 1.99% financing, they also did it in a quick and simple manner. Once I submitted minimal info, Skylar called to report the financing was approved and the car was available when I was ready. Jeff also presented other options such as Warranty, Car Protection and Service, etc. He did not try to "sell" me these, he properly presented the services so that I could make an informed decision as to whether I wanted/needed them. Since I bought vs leased, some of these products/services were ideal for me. Jeff was very thorough and happily answered all of my questions. And this was a busy Saturday there. They provided a totally professional experience from beginning to end. There were zero sales tactics or aggressive approaches. Just friendly and informative conversations. I will be referring friends and colleagues to Tafel Motors. More
