My fiancé brought his car in for service this afternoon and ended up having to leave his car at the dealership for repairs. After discussing the necessary repairs with the customer service rep, he stated t and ended up having to leave his car at the dealership for repairs. After discussing the necessary repairs with the customer service rep, he stated the vehicle will not be ready until Monday, November 15, 2021 so I asked him for a loaner. To my surprise I was told that all the loaners were booked three weeks out. I have owned a luxury car (BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Volvo) since 2006 and I have never heard anything like this before. Every dealership I have ever conducted business with keeps a few loaners on hand for situations like this. Being military, I have been stationed in several states across the United States and I cannot believe this is the kind of customer service Mercedes-Benz of Louisville is providing. It should not be on the customer to rent his/her own transportation when they are spending four thousand dollars in vehicle repairs. They also charged him twice for the same service, this is unacceptable. More
MB Louisville customer service worth 5 hour drive! I just bought new 144 Cargo Sprinter from out of state. Wyndall responded on a Saturday, his day off. By the following Saturday he again came in on his day off just to deliver my van. All throughout the negotiating process Wyndall was great to work with solving issues, and finding creative ways to seal the deal. Mercedes 0% promotion interest loan rate is incredible. So yes five hours drive and passing 6 other dealerships well worth the honesty and great customer service! More

The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would’ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there’s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can’t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future. More

Jarress Turner the sales manager was extremely helpful. Dana Banks was a great help too. I would highly recommended this dealership great follow thru. They even sent me some great MB shaped cookies... Try them give them a fair shot.... You won't go wrong. More

Shady business practices, false advertising After contacting the dealership about an advertised vehicle I was quoted a price and the vehicle was confirmed as available. After proving directing the sales associate, Joey Sanders, to the advertised pricing, he said he would get right back with me. The car went from being available for purchase now to having been traded to a sister dealership. This was only after they saw the advertised price was significantly less than MSRP. The sales manager gave me the run around and offered a vehicle to me for over MSRP pricing. When I questioned the chain of events and said I felt I was being lied to I asked for his name so I could call Mercedes corporate. He hung up on me!!! I tried to reach the dealership again and could not get ahold of anyone, 30+ minutes before closing. Very very shady business practices. An honorable dealership would have eaten the loss and learned from their mistakes. I will definitely not be purchasing a mercedes now! I cannot believe this practice is acceptable. More
