Seen Some Improvement SERVICE DEPARTMENT :After 3 times of visit, this is my first visit of feeling 'ok'. The person who took care my car, Terri is really nice and prompt. She called me as she promised to and gave me ample information about what's going on with my car and what to expect. Which did not happen on my last 2 visits. The shuttle is great and the driver, Scott also very courteous. OTHER DEPARTMENT :Very annoyed with the fact that I called finance/leasing department, left message and none of those 2 different people called me back (Jesse? and Dana). Even if they were not the right person that I should deal with (which I was referred to them by the operator, they could at least call me back and let me know whom to contact?) VERY impressed with my very 1st sales person : Charles Bluel who took care of m 3 years ago, still following up with me. More
