Excellent purchase Wyndall Smith was our salesman, we are very pleased with our third Mercedes! I have never traded a new 2015 Mercedes for a used 2013 Mercedes before Wyndall Smith was our salesman, we are very pleased with our third Mercedes! I have never traded a new 2015 Mercedes for a used 2013 Mercedes before. Never would I have thought of doing this, ever! But my cute little GLK was just too small for our needs. So we started looking for a bigger SUV. I was ultimately looking for a Gently used GL450. They are very hard to find because there are so few of them. When you own one, you keep it! I get that. So, with no GL450's available, Wyndall showed us a 2013 ML 350. We liked it at first but we're still looking. I went to Lexus, Ford, Toyota and Audi. Nothing compared to my previous 2007 GL 450! So we went back and Mercedes worked with me to make a reasonable offer on my GLK for the 2013 ML350. I absolutely LOVE my new gently used ML!! Thank you Wyndall for making it happen!! I had knee surgery last summer and I honestly was longing for a comfortable SUV that was safe and reliable. Tafel Mercedes went out of their way to see that I remained a Faithful Mercedes owner. 4 hrs and Dirty Cars First let me state Anthony Poignard our Salesmen was great and personable if not for that we would have left. We came to look at a specific vehicle and when it was brought up for viewing it was Dirty and sticky, I didn't want my wife to even sit i it. so while we were waiting for the first car to come up we were browsing the inventory and found another vehicle we may have been interested in. So we asked about that car. Sure enough he goes to get it and same thing DIRTY!!!, plus it had a significant boo boo on the passenger side and there was no information on cost to repair or any mention of this on the web site. 2 STRIKES!!! Well we are already there and in the market for a used vehicle so I spotted another car to inquire about and the first thing Anthony said was let me make sure it is clean before I let you get in it... My thoughts are how can a Mercedes Benz dealership let their vehicles be shown in such a disarray. We bought the 3rd vehicle because we got the deal we wanted, but when they sent me this link to write a review I tried to call their Sales Manager to discuss these shortcomings before putting them on blast and was left on hold for 5 minutes then subsequently hung up on without ever talking to anyone.
