Kareem and Dana were OUTSTANDING!!! I bought this vehicle via the internet so my sales transaction was not the norm. I live in Hawaii, so the 5-hour time difference made communications I bought this vehicle via the internet so my sales transaction was not the norm. I live in Hawaii, so the 5-hour time difference made communications difficult and it meant I was buying the vehicle sight unseen. I am also EXTREMELY picky about the condition of the vehicle. I wanted to know every tiny imperfection before I made my decision. My sales associate, Kareem Dailey, went to great lengths to take close up pictures of every flaw...EXACTLY what I was looking for. I provided me detailed information on the service history of the vehicle. I know I must have drove him crazy, but he was always extremely professional and courteous. He was also able to negotiate a fair price. He earned my trust. With the small exception of not getting back with me with requested information in a timely manner a couple of times, his actions sealed the deal. He was simply outstanding! Likewise, Dana Banks in financing was outstanding. She was able to beat a really good financing rate I had set up with my credit union, as a result, I financed through Mercedes. She also saved me other fee increases and provided me detailed information about the various options for extended care. Again, her information led me to buy the extended warranty and the prepaid maintenance...and I am not an easy sale. She was also simply outstanding! I would highly recommend Tafel Motors to others and will certainly look to them when I'm ready for another upgrade. More

Tafel Motor Company gave me a fair price right up front with no Hassle. I traded in my used car to Tafel which is something I had never done before, they gave me a fair price right up front for my car with hassle. I had checked with many dealers on the brand and model of car I purchase from Tafel and on different brands and models of automobiles at difference dealers. Tafel Motors Company is 150 miles away from where I live. But it’s worth driving 4hrs run trip to get a fair price and the quality of service that I received. I would recommend Tafel to anybody that wants to buy a new or used automobile and pay a fair price and get great service! And the most important thing to me was Tafel Motor Company did exactly what they promise me over the phone and in E-mails and we all know that doesn’t happen very often when buying an automobile. More
