My first time bringing one of my 4 MB to downtown for service and Barry was great and very professional. I have been taking my cars to another dealership for service and Barry informed e that my car was service and Barry was great and very professional. I have been taking my cars to another dealership for service and Barry informed e that my car was still under warranty. The only issue is the 2 reasons I brought my car in were addressed and I still have the problems. So even though Barry is great my car still has not been fixed but I was charged to look at it. More
In the service department it was Barry who took care of the work needed to be done on my car and my wife's car. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
