One improvement you should consider is to have those with no appointments to be serviced from the parking lot off of Figueroa. In that way, those with appointments can move more fluently in the service area. I mentioned this suggestion to one of your service persons during my visit. This update will also ensure those with appointments can complete their appointments expediently. There will always be emergency appointments and you should provide exemplary customer service for them as well but not sacrificing one for another.
