Had an emergency with my car and when I called the service dept to let them know I was having my car towed in I was told there were no loaners available for over a week and there was nothing they coul service dept to let them know I was having my car towed in I was told there were no loaners available for over a week and there was nothing they could do about it. I was assigned to Chris Bridges as my service advisor. He immediately got me a loaner and communicated every day as to what was going on with the parts they had to order for my car. I was so appreciative for not only the loaner car but his daily communication. The 5 stars is for Chris! More
