I had to ask Austin if he actually worked overnight with the tech as well or came in at 2:00a.m. to produce the video since it was in my email inbox about 5:30-6:00a.m. All I can say is that he went over and above. Horrible customer service! They do NOT care about customers at all. DO NOT purchase service maintenance contracts. They are a complete rip-off. My wife was injured in an accident —not her fault — when the car was 8 weeks old and the car was totaled. We purchased the service agreement in good faith — we had every intention of using it. We never had the chance to use it. THEY WILL NOT refund our money for the service contract. What a disgusting and greedy company. What a terrible way to treat a customer. DO NOT do business with such a greedy dealership. They are throwing away a lifetime customer for $3,000. More
