Horrible customer service! They do NOT care about customers at all. DO NOT purchase service maintenance contracts. They are a complete rip-off. We never had the chance to use it. THEY WILL NOT refund our money for the service contract. What a disgusting and greedy company. What a terrible way to treat a customer. DO NOT do business with such a greedy dealership. They are throwing away a lifetime customer for $3,000. More

Had an emergency with my car and when I called the service dept to let them know I was having my car towed in I was told there were no loaners available for over a week and there was nothing they coul service dept to let them know I was having my car towed in I was told there were no loaners available for over a week and there was nothing they could do about it. I was assigned to Chris Bridges as my service advisor. He immediately got me a loaner and communicated every day as to what was going on with the parts they had to order for my car. I was so appreciative for not only the loaner car but his daily communication. The 5 stars is for Chris! More
