I pulled into the showroom with my sub-compact rental car and, surprisingly, I was treated nicely with respects. Zander made my car buying experience very easy and hassle-free. He was diligent in locating the EXACT car that we wanted as C400 is not currently well stocked anywhere in the country. All in all, I would not hesitate to buy another car from here and highly recommend it to everyone. More
Absolute worse place to purchase a vehicle . When dealing with your salesperson make sure you get everything down on paper, and make sure you get it copy everything written down. If not they wi . You will get the famous “There was no discussion of including….” Of course there was no discussion about getting this included, that’s why we had it done right? Makes sense to me. Furthermore, do not assume the obvious observation to be obvious to the dealership. I was injured and at a local hospital for rehabilitation due to breaking my neck and in a wheelchair. One would think that coming into a dealership in a wheelchair would be obvious that the individual would want to take advantage of a program like the Mercedes-Benz Mobility program. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this program until months after buying our Van and becoming ineligible for the program. When I asked the dealership why this was not offered to me I received the following response, initially they stated that when we purchased our Van this program was not available and then later they stated.” MBOL was not aware of any paratransit upfits done to the van” really? Why did they think I was buying a van like this? And lastly if they work on your vehicle the service department will take no responsibility for their work. We should have listened to the recommendations we received to do business with West Minister Mercedes but due to our situation and proximity to the hospital we did business with Mercedes a Littleton. Please do not make the same mistake we made and make the drive to West Minister, it will be worth your time in the long run! More

Great work Zander Lens (and Carlos) It has been ten years since we bought a new car, and what a pleasure to have worked with Zander Lens (and Carlos on the administrative paperwork)! Wh It has been ten years since we bought a new car, and what a pleasure to have worked with Zander Lens (and Carlos on the administrative paperwork)! When I first met Zander I appreciated his friendly easy going style, and his patience with my many questions. To be honest, in seeking to purchase a Mercedes Benz for the first time, I thought the sales folk may be somewhat pretentious. Boy was I wrong. Not only was Zander great to work with, I found EVERYONE at MB of Littleton very friendly and helpful. They make things that much more comfortable when you have to visit with them again for any service needs, or other questions, as these new cars have lots to learn about! In that light, anytime I reach out to Zander post deal I find him very responsive and helpful! It is pleasure to return for service or other matters and visit with them! We look forward to another purchase of a Mercedes Benz (what a car!), and hope Zander remains at MB of Littleton so that we can work with him again!! And know that you'll enjoy working with Carlos as well when you're closing on your new car!!! More

I have never experienced such lack of customer service from the management to the sales person. Based on my experience I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from the MB of Littleton. The MB USA corporate department has little influence over its dealers thus leaving a buyer helpless if something goes wrong at the dealer level. More
Horrible dealership bought a preowned car from these clowns and it took 5 hours to get it all done. Had to go find a salesmAn when we first got there couldn't get no help. Then they had put new tires on it come to find out they are no name discontinued junk tires. Then they promised me a owners manuAl as the cAr was missing it. It's been two months and still have not got it. I've called several times and they never return my calls. Advise everyone not to buy a car from these clowns More
I stopped by the dealership because I kept getting an alert about my tire pressure. I did not have an appointment. Mr. Uribe took it upon himself not to just put more air in my tire, but to look for a p alert about my tire pressure. I did not have an appointment. Mr. Uribe took it upon himself not to just put more air in my tire, but to look for a potential problem. He found a small screw in my tire. He then went on to fix the tire for me. When I was reunited with my vehicle he showed me (at my request) where the issue had been and how he fixed it. I told him how appreciative I was as I was about to leave on a road trip with the car. During our last few minutes of conversation, he even took things one step further for me and took the time to show me where and how to put windshield wiper fluid into the car if I needed to on my trip. As you can see, I rely heavily on the service this dealership claimed they would provide if I purchased one of their vehicles. I also have embrace should something happen while I am on the road, but Mr. Uribe's time and attention to me and my vehicle saved me time and potentially more significant damage to my vehicle. More

I just discovered Dealer Rater and just left another rating for a dealership we just purchased a car from. I had leased an ML 350 from MB Littleton in June 2012 and had a great experience. We were gre rating for a dealership we just purchased a car from. I had leased an ML 350 from MB Littleton in June 2012 and had a great experience. We were greeted right away by Sean and we let him know we were not going to do the back and forth thing with his manager. I stated what I wanted, the price, terms of the lease, and the trade-in price we were looking for or no deal. I had already been through the sales tactics dance at Westminster MB. There was a special lease deal going on at the time that I was not aware of and MB Westminster NEVER mentioned it! They made me believe they were offering me a great deal as part of the negotiations. Their bottom line was actually worse than the special advertised lease deal being offered at the time. Since I really loved the ML 350, I wanted to give MB one last chance before going back to Lexus. MB Littleton beat the special lease deal and Westminster MB's final offer! Sean did not put us through hours of negotiating nor did he come back with the typical sales tactics we normally find at other dealerships. This was probably the most efficient and pleasant car-buying experience we have had. I felt compelled to offer this feedback since my experience was so positive. Better a little late than never. More
