He didn't avoid answers and was very helpful as I was researching for 2 weeks. Once we went to the dealership, Zander took great care of us. He had the car we were interested in, ready to go. We test drove a few vehicles and then decided. We then moved to Carlos in Finance. He was also awesome and not pushy. He did a good job of covering all the options available to us. Our car was washed and filled with a tank of gas. The dealership is small but has many options and looks beautiful. We had a great experience buying our first Mercedes from Zander and the Littleton team. More

After several unanswered and non-returned calls to David, the Sales "Manager" Jared Heilmann finally called back and literally yelled at the cash paying customer on the phone. Wow! The only thing Jared managed was losing a valuable customer. Way to go Jared and David! The only reason the sales price got five stars is because we wouldn't agree to a sorry price - nothing to do with the dealership or salesmen... More
