I bought a brand new car with $30,000 over MSRP as a price adjustment. They promised to find transportation for the vehicle to be delivered to me. It took them over 2 weeks to find transportation, and instead of closed transportation, they sent the car with a regular one for a vehicle that costs over $200,000. During the transportation of the vehicle, I constantly received notifications from Mercedes Me about the car being involved in a collision. I contacted them to pull over the driver to the nearest Mercedes dealer so they can check the car, they did nothing. The car arrived with scratched front and rear bumpers, scratched hood, all 4 tires on the car are damaged and one key is missing. On top of that, the driver that delivered the car, was all rude and swearing at us while leaving without giving me a chance to sign the Bill of Lading as a proof of delivery. I took the vehicle to my local dealerships where they noted all of the damages on the vehicle which is brand new. Sean Farschi, the General Manager called me on Tuesday to provide him with further info, and since then he hasn't been picking up my phone calls. More

We were really in a bind when our sprinter van broke down and needed a new engine. Aaron Frankovich to the rescue! Service is sucks, they didn’t even try to sale me the van that I wanted, the only reason because they are short on inventory, they wanted to sell it to me with higher price, they couldn’t even save me 20$ a that I wanted, the only reason because they are short on inventory, they wanted to sell it to me with higher price, they couldn’t even save me 20$ a month even I had a trade with me by giving me a little extra money on my trade then it will bring my monthly payment down by the 20$ that I wanted. Their svc dept is the worst! Blew tire bc the svc dept didn't indicate wear 30 days ago. Had to bring tires to them to replace. Wanted to hold my car for a week with no loaner. Purchased a vehicle from out of state (Georgia) which I dreaded due to all of the likely hassle that would come along with it.
