I had a vehicle that has some serious issues, at the time I felt angry and betrayed. However, this dealership took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right. The service was prompt and seemingly well done. However, when I booked my appointment they offered a complementary car wash. When my car was returned, it was covered in what looks like tree/flower However, when I booked my appointment they offered a complementary car wash. When my car was returned, it was covered in what looks like tree/flower pollen, the floor mats were also dirty and they didn't bother to remove the plastic seat cover they put on. Additionally, they forgot to reset the service reminder so it keeps telling me I need service. More

Austin greeted us and made us feel confident the scheduled work would be completed overnight so we could get back to our vacation. He noticed we had a recall and our 10k service was approaching and scheduled work would be completed overnight so we could get back to our vacation.
