The dealership did not have the new CLA onsite so I had to wait for the car to be delivered however, Sean communicated every detail of the delivery. When the car was actually delivered to the dealership he was able to get all of the checks/required approvals ready for me to pickup within a few hours to accomidate my personal time. Sean had also requested all of my financial information in advance so when I got to dealership all was approved and ready to go. This was the most organized/fastest, most pleasant process of purchasing a new car that I had ever experienced! When we returned to the dealership he took his time to explain all of our financing options, and worked the costs a number of ways. This gave us the best prospective on how we could lease the car. We did not intend to lease a car that day, we were just exploring various makes and models. After our conversation with Jonathan my wife and I agreed that the CLA was the car we wanted. We leased the car and picked it up the next day. Jonathan sat with us and explained all of the features and controls, taking his time to make sure we understood each item.
