I picked up my second car from Contemporary yesterday. The first one I found through a broker, an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I decided to reach out to the general manager of Contemporary directly to tell him about my experience and he not only listened but did everything he could to make it right. In my experience, and as the owner of my one business, it’s how you are treated when something goes wrong that really shows you the integrity of a company. That was three years ago and the service and treatment I received made me want to work with the dealership again, this time directly, for my second Benz. This time I worked with Rob Cavileri and couldn’t have had a better experience. He was communicative, responsive and got me a car I love at the price I wanted to pay. Rob gave me pricing on many different options and answered lots of questions as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or buy. Yesterday I drove over an hour to the dealership to pick up the car - even though I have 3 other Mercedes dealers in my immediate area - and had a seamless experience. Rob and Contemporary continue to earn my business with outstanding service. More
