I have done business with Contemporary Motor Cars for 17 years. In all that time their service has been excellent, to the point where my wife and I both have purchased/leased several MBs from them. My rece years. In all that time their service has been excellent, to the point where my wife and I both have purchased/leased several MBs from them. My recent experience with Robert Cavalieri, a CMC salesman is a good example. Robert guided me through the various options available to me following the expiration of my current lease, which wasn't easy given the dearth of available cars right now. In just a matter of an hour or so we came to a good solution and I have leased yet another MB from CMC. A pleasure. More

I picked up my second car from Contemporary yesterday. The first one I found through a broker, an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The broker was a real piece of work and I had a bad experience The first one I found through a broker, an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The broker was a real piece of work and I had a bad experience as a result. I decided to reach out to the general manager of Contemporary directly to tell him about my experience and he not only listened but did everything he could to make it right. In my experience, and as the owner of my one business, it’s how you are treated when something goes wrong that really shows you the integrity of a company. That was three years ago and the service and treatment I received made me want to work with the dealership again, this time directly, for my second Benz. This time I worked with Rob Cavileri and couldn’t have had a better experience. He was communicative, responsive and got me a car I love at the price I wanted to pay. Rob gave me pricing on many different options and answered lots of questions as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or buy. Yesterday I drove over an hour to the dealership to pick up the car - even though I have 3 other Mercedes dealers in my immediate area - and had a seamless experience. Rob and Contemporary continue to earn my business with outstanding service. More
