Given we had visited other MB dealers but ended using this one because they had the car we wanted, I was disappointed in the experience. They become non-responsive after the sale even when we were being this one because they had the car we wanted, I was disappointed in the experience. They become non-responsive after the sale even when we were being billed by the state because the dealer did not get us the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. We had to escalate to a manger to get any support. Once they had our money, we no longer were worth their time or attention. I do not recommend them. Other dealerships had a totally different feel to them than this one did. The financial person also made a lot of incorrect assumptions about our experience owning luxury vehicles which translated into some comments that came across as condescending. More

Vehicle went in just for key replacement. .while in their car the battery was drained…would not hold charge..had to purchase battery $808.65… unnecessarily & did not honor coupon. Jason was able to help me over the phone and scheduling was easy. While they did not have a loaner car they were at least able to drive me home and pick me up so I did not have to pay for an Uber or ask an was easy.
