Unfortunately my recent experience was just like all my experiences when I’ve had my car in. That is very poor. Took the car in on a Saturday and given a preliminary diagnosis and told that you could do experiences when I’ve had my car in. That is very poor. Took the car in on a Saturday and given a preliminary diagnosis and told that you could do more testing on Monday. No problem. Got no call all week and then we called on friday.Said the problem had been fixed and we could come get it. No one called us. Our Mercedes app said the car had not been unlocked at all during the time it was supposed to be looked at. And, no surprise, the problem had not been fixed. Had to take it back and then it seems to have been fixed. A software problem. Every time it takes at least two visits to fix a problem and communication is poor. I haven’t blown you up on social media, because i feel everyone gets a second chance, but yall have reached the limits of my patience.
