These guys are the worst. The reason they even have a service advisor is So there is someone to BS you over why they cannot figure out what is wrong. Take my guy Terek and I will be happy to share his information publicly. This guy has zero knowledge when it comes to cars. 3 visits and almost 10k later they figured it out. They have no idea how to troubleshoot anything and can only address what the diagnostic computer tells them to fix regardless of it making sense or not.. if you use them you will regret that decision. Service is horrible for Sprinter Vans that many of us pay an arm and a leg for, period! I dropped my Sprinter van off on Sunday 7/10/22 evening for it's Monday 7/11/22 appointment regarding a computer glitch an arm and a leg for, period! I dropped my Sprinter van off on Sunday 7/10/22 evening for it's Monday 7/11/22 appointment regarding a computer glitch. We didn't hear from anyone about the van until Tuesday 7/12/22 at 3:30 p.m. regarding the issues. We had no clarification or resolution to the computer problem. I received a message on Wednesday stating the van is ready for pick up. My main problem is the MBX computer system and has been for the last two years since the purchase of the vehicle. It goes black with no capability of controlling the Nav, Radio, No back up camera, Volume on radio or channels etc.. It has spoken in German automatically & I have video of the continual problems. This is not an update issue it's an electrical glitch more commonly known as a lemon. I have been told by the service 'person' the dealership is a franchise so we can't afford to fix the computer we can only update it, seriously! He also stated that this is not a typical problem in Sprinters. I called the Temecula dealership as well to confirm this and they stated this is not a typical problem, HELLO MB, then why is this not being addressed? This service individual also stated he text immediately after telling me the problems with the vehicle and your vehicle is ready for pick up on Tuesday 7/12/22, we have screenshots of the communication and no text was submitted for pick up. After having a brief text conversation regarding the computer problems with a video submitted, why wouldn't you address the problem? Instead my text was ignored and NO word was spoken until Wednesday 7/13/22 to pick the van up. Sorry, the communication is typically lacking here at Laguna Niguel regarding the main problem. I have been more than patient and very nice, now I'm not happy as this is my 3rd MB van and this is just not cool! This has been going on for two years and it's in the records. By the way, all MB dealerships are pretty much franchised Jessie! More
