Since the first visit in 2006, I have not had a single sales or service transaction that did not conclude in my 100% satisfaction. Any issues and the individuals involved are more than willing to help correct and then go above and beyond to see that I stay happy and loyal. I have interacted with many individuals at this location from their service valet to the general manager and have never considered the interaction anything but respectful and professional. I always feel that being respectful to one another is the foundation of a good business relationship. This unfortunately is missing at many automobile related establishments. I am happy to say that this dealership has always treated me with respect. I recommend Duke and Gerhard at new car sales and Jesse at service as my personal references. More

Ask for Saba or Romo for your service advisor . I cannot recommend Mr. Kutz. Not personal, just trying to sell my wife new tires, new rotors and new brake pads at 20,000 miles. I believe the pads . I was expecting a stellar customer experience at M Warning to the Mercedes Customers: Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel is HORRIBLE DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was expecting a stellar customer experience at Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and I was stunned to be treated horribly by the sales and management staff. After negotiating a deal on a new car I was told that I had to provide the dealership my Social Security Number. I found odd since I informed the sales and management staff that I was going to use my Credit Union to finance the car. They told me that they wanted to make sure I was who I said I was even after they told me that they Googled my name and they verified my address that I had provided to them. I told them that their business practices were outrageous and specious. They further told me they needed to make sure only the “right” people bought Mercedes Benz vehicles. This is bias at the most base and offensive level. I will never purchase a Mercedes product again. I am truly horrified this is how Mercedes choses to interact with clients. Regatds, Sam More
