Service Above and Beyond If you want the BEST treatment you could imagine from a "Car Dealer" you need to see Cory McCombs (sales) who will get you the car YOU want and Dino M If you want the BEST treatment you could imagine from a "Car Dealer" you need to see Cory McCombs (sales) who will get you the car YOU want and Dino Mohebbipour (finance) who is the kindest, most patient person ever! I DON'T like shopping of ANY kind; buying a car is usually on par with the worst dental appointment! Not the case at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel (MBLN)! From my first test drive through purchase, everything was streamlined to get ME what I wanted with the least pain (no pain from these guys!). I had my heart set on very specific features and Cory made it happen! BEFORE meeting Cory in person, I found that MBLN was "brining down" a vehicle from another location because THAT vehicle had my #1 "dream car" attribute - a rare exterior that I was told was not to be found by other dealers! (I electronically searched mbusa inventory myself and couldn't find that exterior). THAT vehicle was on the lot within hours of my middle-of-the-night online test drive request for 10am the next morning (How did they DO that?). I changed my mind a LOT after driving many vehicles. I was extremely nervous about my first Mercedes purchase and my first lease. Cory took it all in stride (patience of a saint); kept looking for THE car for me while working to keep me positive and happy. I was treated with respect and consideration; never rushed. I DON'T like shopping but everyone at MBLN really put me at ease. The whole vibe at the dealership is calm and relaxed and geared toward VIP customer support. Everyone I dealt with, from the associates, schedulers, Sales Managers and other employees just going about their daily business asked what they could do to help. I was made to feel like a respected member of the family. Before driving this car off the lot, I've made plans to custom order a 2020 vehicle when those beauties start rolling off the line and I know I can count on Cory, Dino and everyone else at MBLN to make it a GREAT experience. He showed me cars of interest and explained all that was available to accommodate all my needs in a car and also what Mercedes had to offer that I was not aware of. Cory was attentive to remembering the color combinations and special features I was looking for which made my experience that much more enjoyable. He wasn't just trying to sell me any car but helping me choose the car that was just right for me. By the time we were finished, it was late, I was tired, Cory offered to come to my workplace the next day to give me my personal tutorial of my car so I would understand and enjoy all the features it has to offer.
