They up sell you on items that don't actually cover anything that you need, then when you turn in a lease, there are "Extra" charges that were not properly disclosed. Customer service and loyalty is not something that they are interested in, but if you want to pay a lot more for a car than you anticipated, they are the best bet for that. More
