Ray was exceptionally outstanding in his customer service etiquette! We live very far from Laguna Niguel so he was able to do most of the process over the phone. We could've gone to other Mercedes dealers much closer but we were referred here and to Ray Hashemi and it was the best decision ever. Very honest, helpful, and worked with our budget. Dino in finance was also upfront, honest and helpful. All in all this was a pleasant visit and worth the drive! We will be back and we will be referring our family and friends! What I like about doing business with MB of Laguna Niguel is that there was no pressure put upon us to make the sale. We also found the staff to be very interested in our wants and desires, and able to respond to those needs. After sales services is also great. We have enjoyed the car wash service, and even the wait is enjoyable with coffee and other snacks. Everyone is very friendly at the dealership. More
