My nephew contacted the dealership regarding a EQS 450 we were trying to locate. Lauren was our salesperson and she located the car, notified us that one was on the way to Long Beach port and would be avail were trying to locate. Lauren was our salesperson and she located the car, notified us that one was on the way to Long Beach port and would be available in 3 weeks. Put deposit down and took possession on February 14 when Lauren delivered it to my home! Lauren would text or call to keep me informed and comfortable about cars arrival. Excellent experience! Easiest of the 5 Mercedes’ purchases I’ve made. More
