I purchased this vehicle from them last week , Upon entering the vehicle there was a horrible Smoke smell from the previous owner. Also the ambient lights were not functioning properly the upper parts entering the vehicle there was a horrible Smoke smell from the previous owner. Also the ambient lights were not functioning properly the upper parts were all extremely dim and I addressed Issue right away and they made a service appointment for me to drop the car off which takes me almost 2 hours each way from San Diego to drive up to Laguna Niguel. At first they denied that there was anything wrong with the vehicle then my service advisor Tarek and my salesperson Jennifer brought 2 other EQS 580s to compare the vehicles and they have both determined that the lights were faulty. So I drove back to San Diego to wait for them to fix my car until this Monday the 17. Only to get a text message from them stating that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. Wow is all I can say to their unprofessional treatment of their customers and wasting their time and money. It is a $2000.00 a month vehicle and God knows how they treat their clients after the deal is done who buy less expensive cars. I will be attaching the pictures below. More

I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport since its closer to my home, please do not bother going there. They claim to be the number one MB dealership in the country in sales, which they probably are. But they get a zero out of 10 for customer service. Apparently not everyone is treated the same there. After my very disappointing visit and test drive, I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and drove down there the same day. I met sales extraordinaire Gerhard Jurinek who gave us a 5 star experience. He and the entire sales team made me feel so welcome and at ease. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I was very nervous. There was no pressure, no games. It was all professionalism and kindness. Thank you Gerhard and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel team for making this experience so great for me. You will definitely get my referrals! More
Service issues. I was told I needed new engine and transmission mounts. They charged me for this 3 years ago and only 20,000 miles of use since then. It was in there for regular service and a long crank on starting sometimes. Bought a new battery from them 3 years and 3 months ago for $450. Was told I needed a new battery for now $681 before they would do $299 analysis on the cranking issue. Dah. They couldn’t hook up a spare battery to see is that was the cranking issues. More
This dealership is one of the best and I got the deal of century. I did locate the car I wanted online and when I contacted them about the car, they indicated the car wasn't ready at that time. However, They expedited to prepare the car so I can drop by and take a look. When I got there the next day I was guided by Duke Maltin and he is one of the best in business. He is an experience sales person with excellent knowledge and was able to walk me through the whole process. I got the car I wanted at the great price and met bunch of wonderful and kind folks at this dealer. They got a customer for life and I'm so thankful to both David Gonzales and Duke Maltin. Don’t trust this dealer! ! They sold me a car with expired tags. They said they will put a temporary plate which they didn’t. They mentioned nothing about the back months and ! They mentioned nothing about the back months and when I finally get my registration it comes from the and not the dealer and I was the one paying for the months it sat on their lot expired. I contacted them multiple times and they have ignored me. They got their money and now they are not interested in customer service. The paint was in bad shape but hidden in their pictures and they mentioned nothing about it until I came down there and they didn’t want to even try to fix it. So disappointing for a high end dealer!
