Placed an order for an EQS in 2022 with Tomas Donnelly and Rosie Sosa and paid my deposit. I follow up every few months and they assured me its in progress and do not worry. I followed up again and they said they never placed my order in despite the fact that I made a deposit more than a year ago. Then they say they will refund my deposit but after multiple emails, they never refunded me. More

Buyers beware! ! Called the Service dept to get a quote to replace the Serpentine Belt on my GLK250. Was given a $250 quote over the phone. I made the appointmen ! Called the Service dept to get a quote to replace the Serpentine Belt on my GLK250. Was given a $250 quote over the phone. I made the appointment and took the car down there. I asked them to give me a couple more quotes and they said they would get back to me. They called me (after I texted them) the next day with very high quotes to replace the Tensioner and Idler Pulleys ($900). I declined. Next phone call (10 minutes later) was to inform me that the original $250 quote was wrong because the Service Advisor had the wrong VIN number. The new quote is now $414. I was screwed over, but I just wanted the car back and told them to just do the work!! Get anything and everything in writing if you choose to have you Mercedes serviced at MB of Laguna Niguel. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. More
