As to be expected, a cookie cutter, copy and paste reply. A wee bit late for an apology. I don't appreciate being treated like the red-headed step child because I want to temporarily trade down to a more affordable car. And I say temporarily it turns out I'm soon to be in a better position to buy something like an S or an SL. I have no intention of returning to MBLN. I'm sure the loss of one car sale will not affect you. But as I have a senior position at the hospital just across the freeway from your dealership, and work in management with hundreds of people who are your target customers, the recommendations I used to give are no more, I now tell everyone what loyalty means to you guys... Nothing! Karma is a bitch!
