Thank you Bernie!! :-) Last Friday 07/25/14 I made two appointments to go test drive a couple cars on the next day, Saturday; one at Mercedes at 04:45PM and one at BMW at 06 Last Friday 07/25/14 I made two appointments to go test drive a couple cars on the next day, Saturday; one at Mercedes at 04:45PM and one at BMW at 06:00PM. Once I got to Mercedes I was greeted by Bernabe Mendez or Bernie and after he explained to me all the features of the car he took me for a test drive. :-) I was pleasantly surprised with the ride but wasn't sure about the financing options or prices. Once we sat down to discuss optionals, colors and pricing I realized how good Bernie was. In a really friendly way he took me - again - to see a couple cars in the lot, always being very patient, professional and caring. It ended up that I never made it to BMW and I left Mercedes at 10:30PM driving a BEAUTIFUL new car. The experience was a 6 stars experience. ( You don't see that many stars out there! ) I would like to - once again - say THANK YOU Bernie for making the buying process so pleasant, easy and successful. I'll definitely refer you - I already have! - to all my friends, clients and colleagues. More

Everyone at the dealership, start to finish, was amazing. This dealership has a great leadership (Pat Bolter, GM). Been coming here for years. We bought several MB’s, within last twelve years, we just bought a 2014 ML350 and 2014 C250. The truth. This place is great. The sales team is excellent and I feel like never trying to push you into anything. As for service it has had some massive improvements. I have had some issues but they are very good at listening and trying to solve the problem in the most fair and efficient ways and service has seriously been 5 stars and very well done. Great Purchase Experience This was an internet purchase. Russ Ellis went out of his way to obtain the car we wanted at a very substantial discount from msrp. We corresponded by email several times, including sending photos of my trade in to get a "ball park" valuation. I was kept informed all the way as to the location and estimated port arrival date as well as when the car would be at the dealership. When the day finally came, we spent a pleasant few hours at the dealership with Russ and Andy Towns. The price was as originally quoted and my trade in came in at the high end of the estimated valuation. One of the best car buying experiences (over 20 vehicle purchases) I've ever had. Did I mention this dealership is some 130 miles from our residence. Well worth the trip! More
