Jim was awesome, he waited for me he knew I was driving down from NJ with my trade and I would be arriving at 6pm. He waited around greeted me and the entrance, showed me my car let my take my pics and rev down from NJ with my trade and I would be arriving at 6pm. He waited around greeted me and the entrance, showed me my car let my take my pics and rev time for my AMG. Steve the finance manager was also very nice, not pushy at all presented me my options and let me choose what I wanted. I left at about 8pm, and I appreciate Jim sticking around until I was all ready to head out. Even sent me a text later that night to make sure I get home safe with my new AMG. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here when I first was looking for a car & the salesperson I worked with completely ignored everything I said I was looking for in a car & kept trying to push me first was looking for a car & the salesperson I worked with completely ignored everything I said I was looking for in a car & kept trying to push me into leasing an SUV even though I repeatedly told him I wanted to OWN a used car & listed specifics on what I wanted (which wasn't an SUV). After I gave up on buying a car from them, I found exactly what I was looking for at a different retailer, but had to come back to Mercedes of Knoxville when I needed body work done after a collision (my normal service provider was unable to do bodywork & I couldn't find anywhere else that was willing to do it). I had filed an insurance claim & Mercedes ended up dealing with my insurance provider without running anything by me first which I found highly frustrating. I feel that if work is being done on MY car, that I should be informed & have at least some sort of say in the process. Leaving me out felt disrespectful to me. It also took them longer than they had originally told me to get my car back up & running. I recently chose to give Mercedes of Knoxville one last chance due to a friend recommending them, but I'm yet again frustrated & disappointed with this company. I towed my car to their lot after hours because I had two flat tires & damaged rims. I was hoping it'd be quicker to take my car here instead of my normal provider because I hoped they'd have rims in stock, but that wasn't the case. They had my car for at least four business days, yet they still haven't ordered any of the parts needed & I keep being quoted different prices & no one has been contacting me, I've had to keep blowing their phones up trying to figure out what is going on with my car. I was originally told on Tuesday that I'd have my car back by Friday, but it's Thursday & still nothing has been ordered. This is costing me an extra week for the rental car I got & a LOT of frustration trying to figure out what is going on with my car, what would everything cost, when would I get it back, etc. I'm finally giving up & having it towed to Bearden Benz Repair where the customer service is stellar & I KNOW I will be taken care of because Mercedes of Knoxville has only wasted my time & my money. They're absolutely useless! More

Purchasing a car not on their lot We were lead to believe that we bought a car through Mercedes of Knoxville that was located at a Nashville dealership. Financing was done and paperwor We were lead to believe that we bought a car through Mercedes of Knoxville that was located at a Nashville dealership. Financing was done and paperwork signed. We believed we had purchased this car. Since we just lived in Knoxville, we were gonna drive to Nashville to pick up “our” car. My husband was told to wait until the Knoxville dealership heard back from Nashville. That should have been red flags for us. Why do we have to wait to pick up “our” car? 7 hours after my husband signed the paperwork and thought he bought a car, he contacted the Nashville dealership himself. He was told by the sales manager there that we hadn’t bought anything because it wasn’t Knoxville’s car to sale. What?!?! I’m beyond disappointed in the service and treatment. We had a loan and a picture of a car but that was it. We didn’t have the car More

Inconvenience With sales person I had a bad experience with this dealership I bought a used sprinter van that the sales person told me that it passed the sales inspection I am not a I had a bad experience with this dealership I bought a used sprinter van that the sales person told me that it passed the sales inspection I am not a mechanic but as I was driving it home I knew there was something wrong. The next day I decided to take it to my local shop and they told me their was no way that the sprinter should have passed the inspection. I contacted the sales person Frank at the dealership and sent him about how much it would cost me to get it repaired he told me their was nothing that they could do about it. I contacted other Mercedes dealership with this and they said if I bought it from them they would fix it. I have never had a problem with any Mercedes dealership except this one. More
