From day 1, I've had the same problem with my head unit and Mercedes I've been bringing my MB into this dealership for 17 months, since I bought it. From day 1, I've had the same problem with my head unit and Mercedes has told me it's my problem to figure out. 4 phones later and the finally publish a TSB, but basically with the same guidance, not our problem, you should hard reset your phone every time iOS updates. Even Ford has this figured out! I should have saved myself 30k and bought a Ford SUV! More
