While trying to get information about my 2021 GLB I could not ever reach anyone for questions, no return calls. I called so much the receptionist knew who I was. Communication is very bad. I had left messages for the manager of service and still didn’t get a return call, very horrible service. My car was there a month and a half

Unfortunately, this was an insurance claim due to extensive damage to your vehicle. We not only had to wait for your insurance adjuster to come out but also for them to agree to the claim and the claim necessitated additional steps with your insurer. We are so sorry that you had to wait this long for your vehicle repairs to be completed. I see that we did have several contacts with you and wish that we could have done a better job for you. We certainly understand how frustrating insurance repairs can be. Thanks Geoff Bedine, General Manager.

My frustration was not with the length of time there, it was with not keeping me informed with what was going on. The adjuster was telling me that he had made several contacts with you service team and couldn’t reach anyone he left messages and I left messages with them no return calls. So I have my car back now and so far no issues. But…the communications with customers needs improvement. Thanks, Angela L Smith

Thanks Angela. We have documented contacts with the adjuster but at times have to play phone tag. Insurance claims are tricky. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope that you can give us a little slack on your rating of our dealership. The parts alone were $6000 and they took alot of logistics and coordination to get all of the right parts in so we could handle the repair. With parts in short supply we dont like to give customers incorrect ETA information etc. We are once again sorry for your frustration and we will strive to improve going forward. Thanks Geoff
