I worked with Fernando Ricci at Mercedes Benz of Kansas City. Both he and the finance manager Tony Allen were great to work with. My preconcieved notions of going to a Mercedes Dealership in that area of town were completely wrong and off base (if you are from outside south JoCo I think you know what I mean). I was probably buying the cheapest car on their lot, and I felt like I got the same treatment as someone who was buying a top-end Mercedes. They worked with me on my trade and got me the best finance rate available, and I enjoyed the perks of buying from Mercedes even though I bought a Toyota.
