Dave spent a lot of his time finding just the car I wanted with my requested extras plus helped me get a very fair price. He spent over 1.5 hours during delivery of the car to make sure I understood everything and offered to spend more time if needed. I specifically decided on the Benz over a new Audi because of the dealership experience and look forward to a long relationship. More
The issues I have is the quality of a new car lease. The day after I bought my car the battery died so I needed to have my battery jumped and then I had to drive around for 40 minutes wasting both my time and my gas.3-days after buying my car the "Service A" light came on saying it needs service with only 2oo mile on the car. I think when you are buying a $60,000 car you should be able to drive it off the lot with no issues. I also believe that I should not have to waste my time at the dealership dealing with so many small problems. The dealership should make sure that the new cars on their lot are ready to be sold! More

Dave was more than helpful on one of the hottest days of the year. He understood that I had already researched what I wanted on the car and did not try selling anything more. I LOVED the fact that he was just as excited as I was about putting together the color and options that I wanted. I was honestly pretty shocked that, after saying I would be back the next week to sign papers, he had full confidence that I would. Most other salesmen would look at that as a customers excuse to leave. The overall experience was so fantastic. The other members of the sales team were very friendly and stopped in to chat as we waited on phone calls. The team at MBKC treated me like a guest at their home. Courteous, Friendly, and Helpful are just a few of the words to describe them! Great Place!! 5 stars!! More

I am from St. Louis, MO and was in Kansas City visiting a friend. Went to MBKC just to see what inventory they had. Had been shopping off and on in St. Louis for 4 months with no luck in finding the car I friend. Went to MBKC just to see what inventory they had. Had been shopping off and on in St. Louis for 4 months with no luck in finding the car I wanted and I did not care for the experience at all. St. Louis has 3 MB dealerships and found that MBKC had the model I was interested in. Took a test drive and went in to get more information with Fernando and found that they worked with the USAA purchase program. After they explained the offer I really got interested. They offered me a fair trade-in price for my car and next thing I knew I was driving a new E class back to St. Louis. This was the best buying experience that I ever had with a dealer. Fernando was very professional and knowledgable. I felt they wanted to make the sale but were concerned with how comfortable I was. Tony Allen explained the offers after the purchase and I never felt that I was being "sold" in any way. I would refer any of my friends to Fernando anytime. Am very happy with the car and the whole experience. More

I worked with Fernando Ricci at Mercedes Benz of Kansas City. Both he and the finance manager Tony Allen were great to work with. My preconcieved notions of going to a Mercedes Dealership in that area of town were completely wrong and off base (if you are from outside south JoCo I think you know what I mean). I was probably buying the cheapest car on their lot, and I felt like I got the same treatment as someone who was buying a top-end Mercedes. They worked with me on my trade and got me the best finance rate available, and I enjoyed the perks of buying from Mercedes even though I bought a Toyota. I couldn't be happier with the deal I got and with my new car. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and anyone in the market for a new car. Thanks. Bart Kansas City, KS More
