My experience at MBKC was overall very good. Pricing on the car was agreed to with a minimum of back and forth, and Andy's follow up on questions has been excellent. They gave in without hesitation, but I am amazed that a dealer of this quality would have an add on like this. Where else do you negociate a price and then have the retailer tack on a fee?? We came over from Olathe to simply test drive a specific C350 Sport Sedan with no expectations of actually buying. Dave Sherman took us for a test drive in the M-B and then since I have a preference for a Coupe body style, he had us drive a '08 BMW 335i. Both were very nice cars as one would expect. We decided to purchase the M-B due to a good price and the extended warranty provided by the Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned program. Dave was able to also provide us with fast loan approval and a very good interest rate. We were able to drive the car home that very same night.
