I am a little late (service: 4 SEP 20) in providing comments to Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. First of all my experience was incredible from beginning to end. My Certified Service Advisor (Mr. Ahmed comments to Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. First of all my experience was incredible from beginning to end. My Certified Service Advisor (Mr. Ahmed (TJ) Altajl) was amazing... He was extremely personable and walked me through the entire process... I let him know that I was there for my 60k service and needed a tire rotation. He asked me if I needed another car and I said no that I would be more than happy to wait. Had a cup of a coffee and relaxed in the service waiting room (quite comfortable). Picked up the car (cleaned and beautiful) and was on my way... I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City to anyone I meet... Just a fabulous experience from the moment I came in to the moment I left! Kudos to all the professionals that work in the service department... More
Brought my car in for service, as always everyone is very efficient. I was able to get a ride to work, certainly more than 10 miles from the dealer/service center and saved me time and money. I trust the ser efficient. I was able to get a ride to work, certainly more than 10 miles from the dealer/service center and saved me time and money. I trust the service advisor to let me know of additional issues with my car, which he does and they also can get addressed in the same timeframe. Finally, when I pick up my car, it is clean and they kindly shined the wheels as well. I love my car and am grateful that it can maintain its value along the way. More

The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is friendly, but I had cash in hand and just wanted to order a sprinter... it literally took TWO YEARS! And I had to pull info from the sales department to get them to take my money at every single step. Not once did I get a “Mr McCann, here is the status of your order”. Only when I’d physically went to the store, because emails were ignored, could I get answers... once it was “the factory lost your order... sorry, it’ll be three more months...”. And their “we are going to do right by you? $1,000 off MSRP. They even missed options I’d requested! (Ok, I admit that I too missed that they had come off on the final spec sheet... but why would options drop from a computer maintained spec sheet? Because the sales people generated completely new specs every time we made a change rather than updating the existing one... when I asked why, it was because this seemed simpler to them...). I wish I could have taken my business anywhere else, now I dread having to trust them to do service work when it becomes necessary. I would not recommend you do business with this company. More
